I'm a physician. Most of the work is protocol-based (sleep, rhythms, nervous system regulation, energy base, behavior relationships). If medication is clinically indicated, we discuss options and coordinate safely with local prescribers/specialists where appropriate. Many clients improve without medication once the underlying load and rhythms are corrected.
Common issue: therapy focused only on talking, not on physiology or measurable change. Here we track sleep, HRV, clinical scales—if something isn't working, we adjust. The 360° method finds root causes others miss. Also, psychiatrist training differs significantly from counseling backgrounds.
Most clients report better sleep within 2–3 weeks (CBT-I protocol). Anxiety reduction and decision clarity typically emerge by week 4–6. Full integration takes 10–12 weeks. This is not a quick fix, but a systematic rebuild—conservative promises, measurable outcomes.
