Over the last 2 weeks, how often have you been bothered by any of the following problems?
Important: This screening tool is not a diagnosis. If you are experiencing severe anxiety or panic attacks, please contact a mental health professional immediately.
The GAD-7 (Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7-item scale) is a widely used screening tool for anxiety disorders. It consists of 7 questions that assess the frequency of anxiety symptoms over the past two weeks.
Each of the 7 items is scored from 0 to 3, with a total score ranging from 0 to 21. Higher scores indicate more severe anxiety.
If your score indicates moderate to severe anxiety, it's important to seek professional help. This tool is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment.
